These terms and conditions, together with the documents mentioned in them (the "Terms"), govern how you use this website (the "Website") and the related services we offer through it (together, the "Service").
Please read the Terms with care. They describe your rights and duties when you use the Website and form a binding legal agreement between you, our customer (the "Customer"), and us. By using the Website or the Service, whether as a visitor or as a registered user with an account (the "Account"), you accept these Terms and any later changes we publish. If you do not accept them, do not access the Service or use the Website. The website Lucky Boom (the "Casino", "Website", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our") is owned and run by MAIREKE LIMITADA, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica.
We may revise these Terms, including every document that they refer to or link to, at any time. Check this page from time to time. A change applies as soon as it is published on the Website. If you disagree with a change, you must stop using the Service straight away; continuing to use the Website after publication means you accept the amended Terms. Bets that were not settled before a change took effect stay under the previous Terms. 3. Your Obligations You confirm that, whenever you visit the Website or use the Service:
3.1. You are over 18, or over the age at which gambling or gaming is legal under the law that applies to you. We may ask for proof of age at any time.
3.2. You have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement with us. If you do not, you must not visit the Website or use the Service.
3.3. You live in a place where gambling is allowed. You are not resident in a country that forbids its residents, or anyone present in it, to gamble online. It is your own responsibility to make sure that your use of the Service is lawful.
3.4. You will not use a VPN, proxy or any similar service or device that hides or alters your real location.
3.5. You are the authorised holder of any payment method you use.
3.6. You will pay us in good faith and will not try to reverse a payment, or do anything that would lead a third party to reverse it.
3.7. When you place bets you may lose some or all of the money you have deposited, and you alone are responsible for that loss under these Terms.
3.8. You will not place bets using information obtained in breach of a law in force in the country where you were at the time of the bet.
3.9. You act for yourself as a private individual, not for anyone else and not for any commercial purpose.
3.10. You will not try to manipulate any market or other part of the Service in bad faith, or in a way that harms the integrity of the Service or of us.
3.11. You will deal with us in good faith at all times, for every bet placed through the Service.
3.12. Neither you nor, where relevant, your employees, employers, agents or family members are registered in our Affiliate programme. 4. Restricted use 4.1. You must not use the Service:
4.1.1. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority set by the law that applies to you), if you cannot legally enter a binding agreement with us, or if you act as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, a person under 18 (or under that age of majority);
4.1.2. If you live in a country that forbids its residents, or anyone present in it, to gamble online.
4.1.3. If you live in, or access the Website from, any of the following countries: Austria, France and its territories, Germany, Netherlands and its territories, Spain, Union of Comoros, United Kingdom, USA and its territories, all countries on the FATF blacklist, and any other jurisdiction that the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority treats as prohibited.
4.1.4. To collect nicknames, email addresses or other information about other Customers by any means (for example by spam, other unsolicited email, or unauthorised framing of or linking to the Service);
4.1.5. To disrupt or unfairly influence the activities of other Customers or the operation of the Service in general;
4.1.6. To promote unsolicited advertisements, affiliate links or other solicitation, which we may remove from the Service without notice;
4.1.7. In any way that, in our reasonable opinion, could be an attempt to (i) cheat the Service or another Customer, or (ii) collude with another Customer to gain a dishonest advantage;
4.1.8. To scrape our odds or to infringe our Intellectual Property Rights; or
4.1.9. For any unlawful activity.
4.2. You may not sell or transfer your account to a third party, and you may not acquire a player account from one.
4.3. You may not move funds between player accounts in any way.
4.4. If you use the Service for unauthorised purposes we may close your Account at once by written notice, and in some cases we may take legal action against you.
4.5. Employees of the Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional and other agencies, media partners, contractors and retailers, and the immediate family of each, may not play for real money without prior consent from the Company Director or CEO. If this happens, the accounts will be closed immediately and all bonuses and winnings forfeited.
You agree that, whenever you use the Service:
5.1. We may refuse any registration application at our sole discretion, and we do not have to give a reason.
5.2. Before using the Service you must complete the registration form yourself and read and accept these Terms. To start betting or to withdraw winnings we may require you to become a verified Customer, which involves passing certain checks. You may have to provide valid proof of identity and any other document we consider necessary, including, but not limited to, a photo ID (a copy of a passport, driving licence or national ID card) and a recent utility bill showing your name and address as proof of residence. Until we receive what we need, we may suspend wagering or restrict Account options. This is done in line with gaming regulation and anti-money-laundering law. You will also need to fund your Account using the payment methods listed in the payment section of the Website.
5.3. You must give accurate contact details, including a valid email address (the "Registered Email Address"), and keep them up to date. If you do not, you may miss important notices, including changes we make to these Terms. We identify and contact Customers through their Registered Email Address. Each Customer must keep an active, unique email account, give us the correct address and tell the Company about any change. Each Customer is fully responsible for the security of their Registered Email Address and for preventing third parties from using it. The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss said to result from communication between the Company and the Customer through the Registered Email Address. A Customer without an email address the Company can reach will have the Account suspended until such an address is supplied. If you knowingly give false or inaccurate personal information, we will suspend your Account immediately by written notice, and in some cases we may take legal action or contact the relevant authorities, who may act against you as well.
5.4. You may register only one Account. If we find that you have several, they may be closed at once. This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related or connected persons, or third parties acting for you.
5.5. To confirm your identity and your financial standing, we may ask for more personal information, such as your full name, or use any third-party information provider we consider necessary. If we obtain additional personal information from a third party, we will tell you what we received. 5.6. Keep your password confidential. If the requested Account information has been supplied correctly, we may assume that bets, deposits and withdrawals were made by you. Change your password regularly and never share it with anyone. Protecting it is your responsibility, and any failure to do so is at your own risk and expense. You may log out at the end of each session. If you think a third party is misusing your Account information, has hacked your Account or has discovered your password, tell us at once. Tell us too if your Registered Email Address has been hacked; we may then ask for further information or documents to verify your identity. As soon as we learn of such an incident we will suspend your Account. Until then you are responsible for all activity on your Account, including access by third parties, whether or not you authorised it.
5.7. You must never pass content or other information from the Service to another Customer or anyone else by screen capture or a similar method, and you must not display such content in a frame or in any way that differs from how it would look if that person had typed the Service's URL into the browser.
5.8. When you register you may use all currencies offered on the Website. These are the currencies of your deposits, withdrawals and bets placed and matched in the Service as set out in these Terms. Some payment methods do not process every currency; in that case a processing currency is shown, together with a conversion calculator on the page.
5.9. We have no duty to open an Account for you; the sign-up page of our website is only an invitation to treat. Whether to open an Account is entirely our decision, and if we decline we do not have to explain why.
5.10. After we receive your application we may contact you to ask for further information or documents, so that we can meet our regulatory and legal obligations.
6.1. An Account may hold several currencies. If so, all balances and transactions appear in the currency of the transaction.
6.2. We do not extend credit for use of the Service.
6.3. We may close or suspend an Account if you do not, or we reasonably believe you do not, comply with these Terms, to protect the integrity or fairness of the Service, or for other reasonable grounds. We cannot always warn you beforehand. If we close or suspend your Account because you broke these Terms, we may cancel or void any of your bets and hold back any money in the Account, deposits included.
6.4. We may close or suspend any Account without notice and return all funds. Contractual obligations that have already matured will still be honoured.
6.5. We may refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager at any time and for any reason, including any bet that we think was placed fraudulently to avoid our betting limits or system rules.
6.6. If an amount is credited to your Account by mistake it remains our property. When we notice, we will tell you and remove the amount from your Account.
6.7. If your Account goes overdrawn for any reason, you owe us the overdrawn amount.
6.8. Tell us as soon as you notice any error on your Account.
6.9. Remember that betting is entertainment, and you should stop when it stops being fun. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. If you feel you may be losing control of your gambling, we offer self-exclusion: send our Customer Support Department a message from your Registered Email Address saying that you wish to SELF-EXCLUDE, and the request takes effect within 24 hours of receipt. Your account will then be disabled until further notice and you will not be able to log in.
6.10. You may not transfer, sell or pledge your Account to another person. This ban covers the transfer of any asset of value, including ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets and any rights or claims connected with them, whether legal, commercial or otherwise. It also covers, without limitation, encumbering, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and gifting, with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal person, foundation or association, in any form
6.11. If you wish to close your account, send an email from your Registered Email Address to our Customer Support Department using the links on the Website.
7.1. All deposits should come from an account, payment system or credit card registered in your own name. A deposit in another currency is converted at the daily exchange rate from oanda.com, or at the prevailing rate of our bank or payment processor, and your Account is credited accordingly. Some payment systems may charge extra currency-exchange fees, which will be deducted from your deposit.
7.2. Fees and charges may apply to deposits and withdrawals; they are shown on the Website. In most cases we absorb the transaction fees for deposits to your Lucky Boom Account. You pay any bank charges you incur by depositing with us.
7.3. The Company is not a financial institution and uses third-party electronic payment processors for credit and debit card deposits; we do not process them directly. If you deposit by credit or debit card, your Account is credited only once we receive an approval and authorisation code from the card issuer. Without that authorisation, the funds are not credited.
7.4. You agree to pay in full all amounts due to us or to payment providers in connection with your use of the Service. You also agree not to make charge-backs, or renounce, cancel or otherwise reverse any deposit. If you do, you will refund and compensate us for the unpaid deposit, including any expense we incur collecting it, and any winnings from wagers made with the charged-back funds will be forfeited. You acknowledge that your player account is not a bank account and is therefore not guaranteed, insured or otherwise protected by any deposit or banking insurance scheme, in your own jurisdiction or any other, and that it earns no interest.
7.5. If you accept a promotional or bonus offer by entering a bonus code with a deposit, you agree to the Terms of Bonuses and the terms of that specific bonus.
7.6. Funds that come from criminal, illegal or unauthorised activity must not be deposited with us.
7.7. If you deposit by credit card, we recommend that you keep a copy of the transaction records and of these Terms.
7.8. Internet gambling may be illegal where you are. If it is, you are not allowed to use your payment card to deposit on this site. You must know the laws on online gambling in your country of residence.
8.1. You may withdraw any unused, cleared funds in your player account by sending a withdrawal request under our withdrawal conditions. The minimum withdrawal per transaction is €10 (or the equivalent in another currency), except when you close your account, in which case you may withdraw the whole balance.
8.2. No withdrawal commission is charged if you have wagered the deposit at least once. Otherwise we may deduct a fee of 8%, with a minimum of 4 euro (or the equivalent in your account currency), to combat money laundering.
8.3. Before we approve a withdrawal we may ask for a photo ID, proof of address or other checks (a selfie, a verification call and so on) to confirm your identity. We may also verify your identity at any time during our relationship with you.
8.4. Withdrawals must go to the original debit card, credit card, bank account or payment method that was used to fund your Account. At our own discretion we may allow a withdrawal to a method other than the one used for the original deposit, always subject to extra security checks.
8.5. If you want to withdraw but your account is inaccessible, dormant, locked or closed, contact our Customer Service Department.
8.6. Where your balance is at least 10 times your total deposits, withdrawals are limited to €5,000 (or the currency equivalent) a month. In other cases the maximum withdrawal per month is €10,000.
8.7. We cannot guarantee that a withdrawal or refund will be processed successfully if you have breached the restricted-use rules in Clauses 3.3 and 4.
9.1. You are fully responsible for paying every amount you owe us. You must pay in good faith and must not reverse a payment, or cause a third party to reverse it, to escape a liability properly incurred. You will reimburse us for every charge-back, denial or reversal of a payment you make and for any loss we suffer as a result. We may also charge an administration fee of €50, or the currency equivalent, for each charge-back, denial or reversal.
9.2. We may use third-party electronic payment processors or merchant banks to process your payments, and you agree to be bound by their terms provided that they are brought to your attention and do not conflict with these Terms.
9.3. Every transaction on our site may be checked to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authority.
10.1. If our system or processes fail or malfunction, all bets are void. You must tell us at once when you notice any error in the Service. If communication or system errors, bugs or viruses affect the Service or payments made to you because of a defect or error in the Service, we are not liable to you or any third party for any direct or indirect costs, expenses, losses or claims that result, and we may void all games and bets concerned and take any other step to correct the error.
10.2. We try hard not to make errors when posting bookmaker lines. If, because of human error or system problems, a bet is accepted at odds that are materially different from those generally available when the bet was made, or clearly wrong given the chance of the event occurring at that time, we may cancel or void the wager, or cancel or void a wager made after an event has started.
10.3. We may recover any amount overpaid and adjust your Account to correct a mistake, for example where a price is wrong or a result is entered incorrectly. If your Account holds too little, we may demand the outstanding amount related to any erroneous bets or wagers. We may also cancel, reduce or delete any pending plays, whether or not they were placed with funds that resulted from the error.
11.1. The winner of an event is decided on the date the event is settled, and we do not recognise protested or overturned decisions for wagering purposes.
11.2. All published results are final after 72 hours and no queries are accepted after that. Within 72 hours of publication we will only reset or correct results because of human error, system error or a mistake of the source of results.
11.3. If the governing body of a match overturns its result for any reason within the payout period, all money is refunded. 11.4. If a game ends in a draw and a draw option was offered, all stakes on a team to win or lose are lost. If no draw option was offered, everyone is refunded when the match is drawn; and if no draw option was available, extra time counts, if played.
11.5. If we cannot validate a result, for example when the feed that broadcasts the event is interrupted and cannot be verified by another source, then at our choice the wagers on that event are declared invalid and refunded.
11.6. We set the minimum and maximum wager on all events, and these may change without prior written notice. We may also adjust the limits of individual Accounts.
11.7. Customers are solely responsible for their own Account transactions. A completed transaction cannot be changed. We are not responsible for missing or duplicate wagers made by the Customer and will not consider discrepancy requests because a play is missing or duplicated. Customers can check their transactions in the My Account section after each session, to make sure all wagers they asked for were accepted.
11.8. A matchup stands as long as the two teams are correct, whatever league heading it appears under on our Website. 11.9. The start dates and times shown on the Website for eSport matches are only an indication and are not guaranteed to be right. If a match is suspended or postponed and not resumed within 72 hours of the actual scheduled start, the match has no action and wagers are refunded. The exception is any wager on whether a team or player advances in a tournament, or wins it, which stands regardless of a suspended or postponed match.
11.10. If we post an event with a wrong date, all wagers stand on the date announced by the governing body.
11.11. If a team uses stand-ins, the result remains valid, since using stand-ins was the team's choice.
11.12. The Company may remove events, markets and any other products from the Website.
11.13. A detailed explanation of our sports betting rules is on a separate page: SPORTS BETTING RULES
12.1. Any communication or notice you give us under these Terms must be sent through the Customer Support form on the Website.
12.2. Unless these Terms say otherwise, any communication or notice we give you is either posted on the Website or sent to the Registered Email Address we hold for the Customer, and the method is our decision alone.
12.3. Any communication or notice by either of us under these Terms must be in writing, in English, and sent to or from the Registered Email Address on your Account.
12.4. From time to time we may email you information about betting, special promotions and other news from Lucky Boom. By agreeing to these Terms when you register you accept such emails, and you can opt out of promotional offers at any time by sending a request to Customer Support.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service caused by an event of Force Majeure that we could reasonably regard as beyond our control despite reasonable preventive measures, such as an act of God, a trade or labour dispute, a power cut, an act, failure or omission of a government or authority, an obstruction or failure of telecommunication services, or any other delay or failure caused by a third party. We are not liable for any resulting loss or damage you suffer. In such an event we may cancel or suspend the Service without liability.
14.1. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU FOR ANY REASONABLY FORESEEABLE LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, THAT YOU SUFFER IF WE FAIL TO MEET OUR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THESE TERMS. THE EXCEPTION IS WHERE WE BREACH A DUTY IMPOSED ON US BY LAW (INCLUDING CAUSING DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY BY NEGLIGENCE); EVEN THEN WE ARE NOT LIABLE IF THE FAILURE IS DUE TO (I) YOUR OWN FAULT, (II) A THIRD PARTY UNCONNECTED WITH OUR PERFORMANCE OF THESE TERMS (FOR EXAMPLE PROBLEMS WITH NETWORK PERFORMANCE, CONGESTION, CONNECTIVITY OR YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT), OR (III) ANY OTHER EVENT THAT NEITHER WE NOR OUR SUPPLIERS COULD HAVE FORESEEN OR PREVENTED EVEN WITH REASONABLE CARE. BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS FOR CONSUMER USE ONLY, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR BUSINESS LOSSES OF ANY KIND.
14.2. IF WE ARE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY EVENT UNDER THESE TERMS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THEM WILL NOT EXCEED THE LOWER OF (A) THE VALUE OF THE BETS OR WAGERS YOU PLACED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE BET, WAGER OR PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE LIABILITY, AND (B) EUR €500 IN TOTAL.
14.3. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU (I) CHECK BEFORE USE THAT THE SERVICE IS SUITABLE FOR AND COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT, AND (II) TAKE REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS AGAINST HARMFUL PROGRAMS OR DEVICES, INCLUDING BY INSTALLING ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE.
Lucky Boom wants you to have an excellent and enjoyable gaming experience, and we accept our responsibility to prevent problem behaviour. We advise every player to keep the following in mind and never to play irresponsibly:
Play for fun, not to earn money.
Do not chase your losses.
Set limits for yourself.
Do not let gambling get in the way of your daily duties.
Never gamble money you cannot afford to lose.
Take regular breaks.
Consider the questions below. If you answer YES to most of them, we advise you to act so that gambling does not harm your life:
Does gambling affect your work?
Has gambling caused arguments with family or friends?
Do you always go back to win back what you lost?
Have you borrowed money to gamble?
Do you see gambling as a source of income?
Do you find it hard to limit your gambling?
These respected organisations help people who struggle with gambling problems and can be contacted at any time:
Gamblers Anonymous
Gambling Therapy
GamCare
If you are worried about your gambling, we advise you to take a break by excluding yourself from your gaming account. Self-exclusion locks your account for at least 6 months, and you will receive no promotional material.
Contact our experienced Customer Support team at any time to request it and they will gladly help. A 7-day cooling-off period is available too. We recommend that you also contact every other gambling site where you have an account and ask for self-exclusion there.
Players must be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction (at least 18) to play at luckyboom.com. They are responsible for knowing the age limit where they live and play, and for confirming their eligibility when creating an account at luckyboom.com. We also advise parents to:
Protect computers, phones and tablets with a password.
Never leave a device unattended while logged into your account.
Keep account details and payment cards out of children's reach.
Do not store passwords on a computer; write them down and keep them somewhere out of reach.
Install filtering software (such as Net Nanny) to stop minors reaching unsuitable sites.
16.1. If we suspect, or are notified, that you are under 18 now, or were under 18 (or under the age of majority under the law that applies to you) when you placed any bet through the Service, your Account will be suspended (locked) so that you cannot place further bets or make withdrawals. We will then investigate, including whether you were betting as an agent for, or on behalf of, a person under 18 (or under that age of majority). If we find that you (a) are currently, (b) were at the relevant time under 18 or under the applicable age of majority, or (c) have been betting as an agent for or at the request of such a person, then:
all winnings currently in, or due to be credited to, your Account will be kept by us;
all winnings earned through the Service while under age must be paid to us on demand (if you do not comply we will seek to recover all costs of recovering those sums); and/or
any money in your Account that is not winnings will be returned to you OR kept until you turn 18, at our sole discretion. We may deduct payment transaction fees from the amount returned, including transaction fees on deposits to your Lucky Boom account which we paid.
16.2. This condition also applies if you are over 18 but place bets in a jurisdiction where the legal minimum age for betting is higher than 18 and you are below it.
16.3. If we suspect that you breach this Clause, or try to rely on it for a fraudulent purpose, we may take any action needed to investigate, including informing the relevant law-enforcement agencies.
We will pursue criminal and contractual remedies against any Customer involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts, and we will withhold payment to any Customer suspected of them. The Customer must indemnify us and pay on demand all costs, charges and losses we incur (including direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business and loss of reputation) that arise directly or indirectly from the Customer's fraud, dishonesty or criminal act.
18.1. Unauthorised use of our name and logo may lead to legal action against you.
18.2. As between you and us, we own all rights in the Service, our technology, software and business systems (the "Systems") and our odds. You must not use your personal profile for your own commercial gain (for example by selling a status update to an advertiser), and we may remove or reclaim a nickname you choose for your Account if we think it appropriate.
18.3. You may not use our URL, trademarks, trade names or trade dress, logos (the "Marks") or our odds with any product or service that is not ours, in any way likely to confuse Customers or the public, or in any way that disparages us.
18.4. Except as these Terms expressly say, neither we nor our licensors give you any express or implied right, licence, title or interest in the Systems or the Marks, and all of these remain with us and our licensors. You agree not to use any automatic or manual device to monitor or copy web pages or content in the Service. Unauthorised use or reproduction may lead to legal action against you.
19.1. Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. The licence ends when our agreement under these Terms ends.
19.2. Except for your own content, you may never modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, upload, post, distribute, perform, display, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit the Service, its content or its software, unless these Terms or the Website expressly allow it. No information or content on the Service, or made available to you in connection with it, may be modified or altered, merged with other data or published in any form, including screen or database scraping and any other activity meant to collect, store, reorganise or manipulate it.
19.3. Any breach of this Clause may also violate our or third parties' intellectual property and other proprietary rights and may expose you to civil liability or criminal prosecution.
20.1. To protect you and all our Customers, posting any content on the Service, and any conduct connected with it or with the Service, that is unlawful, inappropriate or undesirable in any way is strictly prohibited ("Prohibited Behaviour").
20.2. If you engage in Prohibited Behaviour, or we decide at our sole discretion that you do, your Account or your access to the Service may be ended immediately without notice. Another Customer, another third party, enforcement authorities or we may take legal action against you for it.
20.3. Prohibited Behaviour includes, without limitation, accessing or using the Service to: promote or share information that you know is false, misleading or unlawful; carry on any unlawful activity, including activity that furthers a criminal enterprise, violates another person's privacy or rights, or creates or spreads computer viruses; harm minors in any way; send or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, lewd, violent, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; send or publish content you have no right to make available under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship, including content that infringes a third party's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights; send or publish content that contains a software virus or any other code (including HTML) designed to interrupt, destroy or alter the Service, its presentation or any other website, software or hardware; interfere with, disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, including intercepting, emulating or redirecting our communication protocols, creating or using cheats, mods or hacks, or using software that intercepts or collects information from or through the Service; retrieve or index information from the Service with any robot, spider or other automated mechanism; take part in any activity that, in our sole and unfettered discretion, results or may result in another Customer being defrauded or scammed; send or publish unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or mass mailing, such as junk mail, instant messaging, "spim", "spam", chain letters, pyramid schemes or other solicitation; create Accounts on the Website by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretences; impersonate another Customer or any third party; or do anything else that we reasonably consider contrary to our business principles. This list is not exhaustive and we may change it at any time. We may investigate and take every action we consider appropriate or necessary, including deleting the Customer's posts and ending their Account, and may act against any Customer or third party who directly or indirectly engages in, or knowingly allows another to engage in, Prohibited Behaviour, with or without notice.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites that we do not maintain, are not related to and cannot control. Such links are offered only for convenience; we do not investigate, monitor or check them for accuracy or completeness, and a link implies no endorsement by us of, or affiliation with, the linked website, its content or its owners. We have no control over, or responsibility for, their availability, accuracy, completeness, accessibility or usefulness. When you visit such websites, take the usual precautions with any new site, including reading its privacy policy and terms of use.
22.1. If you have concerns or questions about these Terms, contact our Customer Service Department through the links on the Website and use your Registered Email Address in all communication with us.
22.2. DESPITE THE ABOVE, WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY IN RESPONDING TO ANY COMPLAINT WE RECEIVE, OR IN ANY ACTION WE TAKE ABOUT IT.
22.3. If a Customer is unhappy with how a bet was settled, they should send details of the complaint to our Customer Service Department. We will use reasonable efforts to answer such queries within a few days, and in any case we aim to reply to all of them within 28 days of receipt.
22.4. Disputes must be lodged within three (3) days of the date on which the wager was decided. No claims are honoured after that. The Customer is solely responsible for their Account transactions.
22.5. If a dispute arises between you and us, our Customer Service Department will try to reach an agreed solution. If it cannot, the matter will be escalated to our management.
22.6. If every effort to settle a dispute to the Customer's satisfaction has failed, the Customer has the right to have it settled by arbitration.
You may not assign these Terms or any right or obligation under them without our prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. We may assign all or part of our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without your consent, provided that the third party can offer a service of substantially similar quality, by posting written notice to that effect on the Service.
If any competent authority finds a provision of these Terms unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified so that it can be enforced, in line with the intention of the original text, to the fullest extent the law allows. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions is not affected.
Without limiting our other remedies, we may suspend or end your Account and refuse to continue the Service, in either case without prior notice, if in our reasonable opinion you breach a material term of these Terms. We will, however, promptly notify you of any such step.
26.1. Term of agreement. These Terms stay in full force while you access or use the Service or are a Customer or visitor of the Website, and they survive the termination of your Account for any reason.
26.2. Gender. Words in the singular include the plural and the other way round; words of the masculine gender include the feminine and neuter and the other way round; and words that refer to persons include individuals, partnerships, associations, trusts, unincorporated organisations and corporations.
26.3. Waiver. A waiver by us of a breach or threatened breach of any term of these Terms, whether by conduct or otherwise, is effective and binding on us only if it is in writing and duly signed by us, and unless the written waiver says otherwise it is limited to the specific breach waived. If we do not enforce a term at some time, that is not a waiver of the term or of our right to enforce it at another time.
26.4. Acknowledgement. By accessing or using the Service from now on, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to every paragraph of these Terms, and you irrevocably waive any future argument, claim, demand or proceeding contrary to anything they contain.
26.5. Language. If the English version of these rules differs from any other language version, the English version is the correct one.
26.6. Governing Law. These Terms are governed exclusively by the law in force in the state of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros.
26.7. Entire agreement. These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us on your access to and use of the Service, and they replace all earlier agreements and communications, oral or written, on that subject.
