This Bonus Policy sets out the terms that apply to every promotional offer at Lucky Boom (dagvoorzitterspreker.nl), operated by MAIREKE LIMITADA under a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. By claiming any bonus, free spins, rakeback, cashback or other promotional reward at dagvoorzitterspreker.nl, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms below, as well as our general Terms and Conditions and our Payment Policy.

1. General Bonus Rules

1.1 Who can claim

• Bonuses are open to registered players who have given accurate account details and are not otherwise barred from promotions.
• Players must be of legal gambling age where they live and must not access dagvoorzitterspreker.nl from a restricted territory.
• Lucky Boom may verify a player's identity before releasing bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus. KYC documents (proof of identity, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method) may be requested at any stage. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are not paid out until verification is complete.
• Each promotion can be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address and payment method, unless it says otherwise.

1.2 Activation

Unless stated otherwise, you must activate a bonus in your account profile before you make the qualifying deposit. If you deposit first, the offer does not trigger and cannot be applied afterwards. This applies to all five deposits of the Welcome Package and to any other deposit-linked promotion marked for pre-activation.

1.3 Bonus funds and real money

• When a bonus is credited, your account holds a real-money balance and a bonus balance. Real money is wagered first.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings from bonus funds that have met the wagering requirement can be withdrawn, within any stated cash-out cap.
• Rakeback and no-wagering cashback go straight to your real-money balance and carry no wagering unless stated otherwise.

1.4 Wagering

• The wagering requirement is the bonus amount (plus free-spin winnings where relevant) multiplied by the stated factor.
• Only real-money bets on eligible games count towards wagering, except where a bonus is given for a particular game category.
• Slot games (excluding live dealer slots where applicable) normally count 100%.
• Live casino games count 10% towards slot-bonus wagering: live play counts, but at a reduced rate.
• Lucky Boom may set different contribution rates for single games or categories within a promotion; when it does, the promotion's terms say so.
• Wagering on games with free-spin winnings follows the same contribution rules as ordinary slot wagering.

1.5 Maximum bet while wagering

• While a bonus is being wagered, maximum-bet limits apply. Exceeding them can mean losing the bonus and any winnings from it.
• 1st Deposit Welcome Bonus: maximum bet €1 per spin while wagering is active.
• 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Deposit Welcome Bonuses: maximum bet €5 per spin while wagering is active.
• Maximum-bet limits for other promotions are stated in their own terms.

1.6 Cash-out caps

• Unless stated otherwise, winnings from bonus funds are capped at a maximum cash-out of 10× the bonus amount received.
• Free-spin winnings are capped at €150 per individual bonus that awards free spins.
• The overall cap on winnings derived from all Welcome Package bonus funds is €10,000.
• Caps for individual ongoing promotions are in Section 4 below.
• Anything above these caps is removed from your balance when you withdraw.

1.7 Expiry

• Bonuses and free spins not used within the validity period of the promotion expire automatically and are removed without replacement.
• Sport bonuses expire 14 days after crediting unless stated otherwise.
• Expiry for other promotions is stated in their own terms.

1.8 Forfeiture

You can forfeit an active bonus at any time in your account settings. This removes the bonus balance and any winnings from it; your real-money balance is not affected. Lucky Boom may also void and remove a bonus and its winnings if it decides the bonus was claimed in breach of these terms, including multiple accounts, false information, abusive wagering patterns or any attempt to get around maximum-bet or game restrictions.

• The total cap on winnings from all Welcome Package bonus funds is €10,000.

4.5 Missions, Wheel of Fortune, Races and seasonal promotions

Missions, the Wheel of Fortune, Races and seasonal promotions such as the World Cup promotion are permanent or recurring parts of the Lucky Boom promotions area. Each has its own terms, prizes, eligibility and duration, shown in full in the promotion itself. Please read them before taking part.

4.6 Promo codes

When Lucky Boom issues promo codes, you can enter them in the promo-code field on the promotions page. Each code states the offer it unlocks, the minimum deposit (if any) and the wagering and cash-out terms. Codes cannot be transferred, may be single-use, and cannot be applied to deposits already completed.

4.7 VIP match offer

Players with verified VIP status at another licensed online casino can contact Lucky Boom via 24/7 live chat or at support@dagvoorzitterspreker.nl with evidence (for example a screenshot) of their current VIP level. Lucky Boom will assess the request and, if eligible, match that status in the Lucky Boom VIP Club. The offer depends on Lucky Boom's reasonable assessment and is not guaranteed. The full VIP Club terms apply to any matched status.

5. Sports Bonuses

5.1 Overview

Sports bonuses at dagvoorzitterspreker.nl work separately from casino bonuses, with their own wagering and expiry terms. The sportsbook is powered by BetTech. All sport bonuses expire 14 days after crediting unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Sport deposit bonuses

5.3 Sport bonus wagering

• The ×10 requirement applies to net winnings from sport bonuses. Only bonus money counts; real-money bets do not.
• Sport bonuses must be wagered on sportsbook markets in the BetTech section of dagvoorzitterspreker.nl.
• Sport bonuses cannot be used on casino games and casino bonuses cannot be used on the sportsbook, unless explicitly stated.
• Sport bonuses expire 14 days after crediting.

5.4 Comboboost

• Offer: Up to 100% extra profit on combined (accumulator) bets
• Comboboost is applied to the profit of qualifying accumulator bets, and the boost grows with the number of selections. Minimum odds and a minimum number of selections apply, as stated in the Comboboost terms.
• Comboboost winnings are subject to the sport bonus wagering terms where applicable.

5.5 Free bets

• When a free bet is awarded, the stake stays in your balance.
• The return is calculated as (free bet amount × odds) minus the stake. The stake itself is not returned as a winning.
• A minimum odds requirement of 1.6 applies to free bets.
• Free-bet winnings may carry wagering requirements, as stated in the individual free bet promotion.

6. Free Spins — General Conditions

• Free spins go to the specific BGaming title or titles named in each promotion and cannot be used on other games.
• Free-spin winnings are capped at €150 per individual bonus that awards free spins.
• Free-spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and carry the wagering requirement of the promotion they belong to.
• Unused free spins expire at the end of the validity period of the promotion or, if none is stated, 7 days after crediting.
• Free spins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

7. Banking Options, Currencies and Limits

These limits apply to all deposits and withdrawals at dagvoorzitterspreker.nl and interact with bonus eligibility where minimum deposits apply:

• Minimum deposit: €20 (€40 for the 5th Welcome Package bonus)
• Minimum withdrawal: €40
• Weekly withdrawal cap: €20,000
• Monthly withdrawal cap: €50,000 (non-jackpot wins)
• Jackpot winnings are outside the standard monthly withdrawal cap.
• Withdrawal requests are approved within two business days. Players using the Lucky Boom PWA (installed from the browser on iOS or Android) may see faster processing.
• Accepted payment methods and currencies are described in full in the Lucky Boom Payment Policy at dagvoorzitterspreker.nl.

Bonus winnings above the applicable cash-out cap are not paid. If a withdrawal request includes bonus-derived winnings above the cap, the excess is removed and the rest is processed under the Payment Policy.

8. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

• Lucky Boom must verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals, including withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings.
• You may be asked for a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within three months and proof that you own the payment method used to deposit.
• If you do not provide satisfactory documents within a reasonable time, your account may be suspended and pending bonuses or bonus winnings forfeited.
• Lucky Boom may request KYC documents at any stage, including before a withdrawal, during an active bonus or in a routine account review.
• False or misleading information during KYC leads to immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of all balances, including bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings.

9. Responsible Gambling and Bonus Restrictions

• Lucky Boom is committed to responsible gambling. Players who have self-excluded, set deposit limits or applied cooling-off periods in their account settings cannot receive or claim bonuses during the restriction.
• If you feel gambling is harming you, please use the tools in your account: deposit limits, session limits, loss limits and self-exclusion.
• Players who contact Lucky Boom about a gambling problem will not be sent bonus marketing while that period lasts.
• Responsible gambling support is available 24/7 through live chat or by emailing support@dagvoorzitterspreker.nl.
• Lucky Boom operates under a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority and aims to meet the standards of that regulatory framework.

10. Amendments, Errors and Abuse

• Lucky Boom may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. If an active promotion changes materially, players who already claimed it are told by email or in-account notice.
• If a technical, system or human error credits the wrong bonus amount, Lucky Boom may correct it and adjust balances accordingly. Nobody may profit from an error.
• Lucky Boom may void bonuses and winnings and close accounts when there is evidence of bonus abuse, including multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion, automated software or bots, and betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics rather than play genuinely.
• Disputes about a bonus should first be raised by contacting support@dagvoorzitterspreker.nl. Lucky Boom will try to reply within a reasonable time.

11. Governing Terms

This Bonus Policy is part of the wider Terms and Conditions of dagvoorzitterspreker.nl. If it conflicts with the general Terms and Conditions, the general Terms and Conditions prevail. Lucky Boom's decisions on bonus matters are final. This Bonus Policy was last reviewed in 2026.
